Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kasper Carlberg started the match with the kick off. Karl-Michael Forssell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Alströmmer in the 3rd minute. Dennis Melin kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hällekis's zone, Dennis Melin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Alebäck came out of the goal and Dennis Melin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristoffer Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Michael Forssell having to interfere. After some careless play in the Hällekis defense, Jonathan Jakobsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Alebäck. The Hällekis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Alebäck should have stopped the shot. Kasper Carlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Alebäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Jakobsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Alexander Alebäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt-Rune Pååk went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Albin Botvidsson charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albin Botvidsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Shpongle's zone, Simon Alströmmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Michael Forssell came out of the goal and Simon Alströmmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the game, Shpongle's Kasper Carlberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Alebäck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Kasper Carlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alexander Alebäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Alexander Alebäck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kasper Carlberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 56 minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Shpongle's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Alströmmer came free, but Karl-Michael Forssell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Alebäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Carlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertil Lagerberg hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Albin Botvidsson had to leave the field with a concussion. After a rather tough play, Hällekis's Kristoffer Jansson got a free kick in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Hällekis's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Biörkman came free, but Alexander Alebäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kasper Carlberg struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Alexander Alebäck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shpongle. Hällekis's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dan Biörkman 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. In the 92nd minute, Simon Alströmmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Hällekis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Vallgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Bengt-Rune Pååk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Alebäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Shpongle left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hällekis.
