Christoffer Löfgren's late challenge caught a Mossis Pågar IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christoffer Löfgren helped the player get up and apologised. Christoffer Löfgren kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Bertil Vennersten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Henrik Hagberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Stamford United defense, Ronny Lindell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrik Hagberg. The Stamford United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrik Hagberg should have stopped the shot. The Stamford United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mossis Pågar IF were winning 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronny Lindell made a kick off. Per-Åke Kullgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Henrik Hagberg made a huge save. Jan-Ove Ekeroth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tobias Wennerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Ekeroth in the 58th minute of the match. Bertil Vennersten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Henrik Hagberg made a huge save. After having played for 62 minutes, Christoffer Löfgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stamford United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoffer Löfgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute, Ove Gunnarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertil Vennersten's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Henrik Hagberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Edwin Hernström charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mossis Pågar IF reached it. Henrik Hagberg came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mossis Pågar IF's Per-Åke Kullgren. But to his dismay, Per-Åke Kullgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 90 minutes into the match, Stamford United's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Lindell came free, but Henrik Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Vennersten charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertil Vennersten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mossis Pågar IF's Bertil Vennersten got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Mossis Pågar IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stamford United.
