After 4 minutes, Tommy Runberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunday League Football and the Himmelsblå players grew even worse after the yellow card. 7 minutes into the match, Sunday League Football's goal looked a bit too open when Eskil Forssell came free, but Kjell Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Dahlquist kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Kuse in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Nyman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Dalkvist in the 11th minute of play forced Sunday League Football's goalkeeper Kjell Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Himmelsblå getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Magne Dalkvist hit a great ball. Sunday League Football's Kjell Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Dalkvist in the 14th minute of play. Tommy Runberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Magne Dalkvist came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Himmelsblå fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magne Dalkvist couldn't finish the play. Himmelsblå's attentive Helge Blomqvist managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Rydberg made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Kjell Termander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eskil Forssell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Magne Dalkvist made a precise shot to the right of Kjell Termander. Sunday League Football's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Tommy Runberg took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joachim Nyman. Joachim Nyman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 45th minute Tommy Runberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sunday League Football's Kjell Termander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Sunday League Football from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 56th minute, Axel Granström made a precise shot to the right of Kjell Termander. Sunday League Football's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Joachim Nyman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tommy Runberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 59 minute of play. Kjell Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Brodin in the 65th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Himmelsblå's Magne Dalkvist made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjell Termander was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71stth minute of the game Magne Dalkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sunday League Football's Kjell Termander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gert Brodin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Magne Dalkvist notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Sunday League Football's Kjell Termander. Kjell Termander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The throw-in from Helge Blomqvist in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sunday League Football's Leonardo Rydberg. Gert Brodin struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Kjell Termander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Himmelsblå. In the 87th minute, Magne Dalkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Axel Granström in the 87th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to Himmelsblå getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Hugo Isaksson hit a great ball. Joachim Nyman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Runberg in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Lucas Kuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
