Spectators: 7656 (Terracing: 5745, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reiner Lohman kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reiner Lohman in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils Rönn saved DIF from getting behind. DIF's Nils Rönn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save DIF from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Reiner Lohman put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nils Rönn. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Reiner Lohman sped through DIF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nils Rönn. The audience was convinced that Eric Fridlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Rönn was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the match, Reiner Lohman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nils Rönn, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Reiner Lohman managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Kartellen's supporters rose to their feet, but Reiner Lohman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils Rönn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nils Rönn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reiner Lohman in the 27th minute of play. Reiner Lohman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nils Rönn came out and tried to block the shot, but Reiner Lohman slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Uggla in the 31st minute of play forced IFK Kartellen's goalkeeper Albert Björk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Fridlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Nils Rönn managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when IFK Kartellen's Reiner Lohman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Reiner Lohman kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When IFK Kartellen's Reiner Lohman in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DIF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute, Roland Ljungberg made a precise shot to the right of Nils Rönn. DIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 46th minute, IFK Kartellen's Roland Ljungberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nils Rönn. Nils Rönn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harry Uggla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Karl-Oskar Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Reiner Lohman put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nils Rönn. After 61 played minutes IFK Kartellen got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Oskar Mårtensson. Roland Ljungberg took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Rönn. Nils Rönn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Nils Rönn came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Kartellen's Roland Ljungberg. But to his dismay, Roland Ljungberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 72 minutes into the match, DIF's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Fridlund came free, but Nils Rönn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Rönn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Ljungberg in the 73rd minute of play. When Kaj Nordkvist fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIF's protests and gave Kaj Nordkvist a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes DIF got a freekick which was hit by Kaj Nordkvist. In the 77thth minute of the game Reiner Lohman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DIF's Nils Rönn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When IFK Kartellen's Reiner Lohman in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DIF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 89thth minute of the game Reiner Lohman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DIF's Nils Rönn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Reiner Lohman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nils Rönn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. IFK Kartellen's Albert Björk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Kartellen from getting a goal against them. IFK Kartellen were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of DIF for a fine match.
