A collision led to Sälen getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Andreas Westerberg hit a great ball. If Torbjörn Hökkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Rönn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Bohlin in the 40th minute of the match. Torbjörn Hökkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Robert Albom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

DIF's Harry Uggla got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Harry Uggla made a precise shot to the right of Robert Albom. Sälen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 63 minutes into the match, Harry Uggla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Albom. Sälen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Uggla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Sälen's Robert Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Uggla in the 67th minute of play. Kaj Nordkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Albom having to make a save. In the 74th minute, Mikael Holmgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils Rönn didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sälen's Christian Bergkvist shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 98th minute, Mikael Holmgren made a precise shot to the right of Robert Albom. Sälen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1.
