If Viktor Rudberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roger Byström kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Viktor Rudberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hulesjöns BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Viktor Rudberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Rudberg in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Ove Simonsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Joel Nord fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AS Sockenplan's protests and gave Joel Nord a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to AS Sockenplan getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Joel Nord hit a great ball. Sixten Örnberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Ove Simonsson. AS Sockenplan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Viktor Rudberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to AS Sockenplan getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Joel Nord hit a great ball. Börge Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Ekeroth in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Hulesjöns BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Ståhlman to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Marcus Linqvist sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hulesjöns BK's Börge Mattsson didn't even have to move. Jan-Åke Fernström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Börge Mattsson made a huge save. Svante Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Simonsson having to interfere. Jan-Ove Simonsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viktor Rudberg's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. After the first half Hulesjöns BK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Svante Bengtsson made a kick off. In the 54th minute Leonardo Ekeroth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Svante Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hulesjöns BK reached it.
