Sälen's Robert Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Bengtsson in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Olof Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hulesjöns BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sälen the free kick. In the 26th minute of the match Wiktor Ström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Börge Mattsson skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute Olof Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Hulesjöns BK defense, Robert Bohlin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Börge Mattsson. The Hulesjöns BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Börge Mattsson should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Bengtsson in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Albom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Orvar Ståhlman made a precise shot to the right of Robert Albom. Sälen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anders Stålberg during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anders Stålberg hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Sixten Örnberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Robert Albom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Rudberg in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svante Bengtsson in the 46th minute of play forced Sälen's goalkeeper Robert Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Sälen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Westerberg to maneuver through the defense.

Tim Abelsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Albom came out and tried to block the shot, but Tim Abelsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 55th minute. Robert Albom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Bengtsson in the 58th minute of the match. Börge Mattsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Bohlin's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Sälen's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Ståhlman came free, but Robert Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Albom made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Viktor Rudberg sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Hulesjöns BK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Orvar Ståhlman hit a great ball. Börge Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Viktor Rudberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Albom. Sälen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viktor Rudberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Robert Bohlin struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Börge Mattsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sälen. The Sälen supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hulesjöns BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Hulesjöns BK.
