George Lindman started the match with the kick off. Timmernabben RK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Joseph Stensson scored to the left of an out of position Tom Sandwall, making the score, 1-0. Joseph Stensson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Västergårds Fotbollsklubb were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Timmernabben RK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jens-Åke Vestberg took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Joseph Stensson to score against Tom Sandwall in Timmernabben RK's goal. 2-0 after 10 minutes. Tom Sandwall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Pihlblad in the 13th minute of the match. George Lindman struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Tom Sandwall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Västergårds Fotbollsklubb. Tom Sandwall made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Lindman in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Timmernabben RK's Folke Björkman got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Jens-Åke Vestberg hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 25th minute, George Lindman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tom Sandwall was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Timmernabben RK! George Lindman scored 5-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tom Sandwall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Jens-Åke Vestberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Västergårds Fotbollsklubb's Kalle Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Wallgren in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Timmernabben RK booed when Västergårds Fotbollsklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tom Sandwall came out of the goal and George Lindman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute, Joseph Stensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timmernabben RK's Tom Sandwall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Lindman in the 75th minute of play. When Felix Pihlblad came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Västergårds Fotbollsklubb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Pihlblad couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Västergårds Fotbollsklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Hammarbäck came free, but Kalle Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Magnus Wästerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the match Folke Björkman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kalle Bengtsson skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st match minute, Västergårds Fotbollsklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Söderström to maneuver through the defense. Edvin Wallgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Västergårds Fotbollsklubb fans cheered their team off the field, for while Timmernabben RK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
