Gottfrid Nyqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Sundberg in the 36th minute of play. After 39 minutes of play, Skottorp IFK's Grzegorz Wiatrak made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Skottorp IFK's Kristian Dalgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gottfrid Nyqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kristian Dalgren really showed his touch with that goal: 2-9. Skottorp IFK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
