The audience was convinced that Rutger Njurenius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Pliszka was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Malcolm Kruse hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Abrahamsson in the 11th minute of play forced Mcdonalds Police Force's goalkeeper Georg Svanström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Robert Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Svanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Stjärtpillarnas IK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Robert Nyberg hit a great ball. Arman Ivarsson's late challenge caught a Mcdonalds Police Force's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arman Ivarsson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mcdonalds Police Force booed when Stjärtpillarnas IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arman Ivarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Pliszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Östen Ekman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Svanström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Stjärtpillarnas IK's goal looked a bit too open when Rutger Njurenius came free, but Jan Pliszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rutger Njurenius in the 67th minute of play forced Stjärtpillarnas IK's goalkeeper Jan Pliszka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Pliszka made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Charlie Magnusson sent off a good shot on target. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
