Bengt Wallmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Wester in the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Tobias Tidén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olof Lundgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bengt Wallmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kolerwef's Charles Pilblad in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Madagaskar's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Charles Pilblad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kolerwef's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Pilblad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt Wallmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 25 minutes, Andréas Svanström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kolerwef's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andréas Svanström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kolerwef's Tommy Broman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Kolerwef from getting a goal against them. Tommy Broman was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Vincent Emander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vincent Emander really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With 33 minutes on the clock, Samuel Lindström commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 34th minute, Samuel Lindström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Kolerwef's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Wahlnäs came free, but Tommy Broman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, FC Madagaskar's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Lundgren came free, but Bengt Wallmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Madagaskar's Vincent Emander got a free kick in the 40th minute. Andréas Svanström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olof Lundgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bengt Wallmark was a little too slow when Andréas Svanström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 57th minute, Evert Sjöö hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andréas Svanström kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Olof Lundgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Wallmark having to interfere. If Andréas Svanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thor Wester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bengt Wallmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Broman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Liljeström in the 75th minute of play. Thor Wester struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Bengt Wallmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kolerwef. When Thor Wester came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Kolerwef fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thor Wester couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Kolerwef's zone, Ivar Liljeström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Broman came out of the goal and Ivar Liljeström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikael Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Thor Wester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Olof Lundgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. FC Madagaskar were victorious despite being under pressure from Kolerwef for much of the match.
