To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th match minute, meldo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stellan Felin to maneuver through the defense. After 9 played minutes meldo got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Felin. Mårten Söderlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Felin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mårten Söderlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerry Sander in the 19th minute. Karl Överman kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Per-Olof Granberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georg Pilgren's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Mårten Söderlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, Hedekas's Mårten Söderlund got control of the ball when Jerry Sander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stellan Felin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mårten Söderlund having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stellan Felin to make the kick off. Georg Pilgrens short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Per-Olof Granberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Per-Olof Granberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Trillkott, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Georg Pilgren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Per-Olof Granberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jerry Sander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mårten Söderlund came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by meldo's Stellan Felin. But to his dismay, Stellan Felin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. meldo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
