Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernst Helström kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Ålem RK defense, Isac Tinglöf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joakim Olsson. The Ålem RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joakim Olsson should have stopped the shot. The Ålem RK fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Ålem RK's William Törnqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If William Törnqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Bremming kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, William Törnqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ålem RK's supporters rose to their feet, but William Törnqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Käcker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Gösta Lindgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carl Käcker. The goal made the score 2-1. A hard shot 19 in the game by William Törnqvist from a close distance when the talented Carl Käcker managed to make a qualified save. Vännäsby RK's players were relieved. William Törnqvists short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Carl Käcker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ålem RK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kjell Löfkvist in the 26th minute. After taking down the ball on Ålem RK's corner Kjell Löfkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carl Käcker quite easily take care of the ball. In the 28th play minute William Törnqvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carl Käcker. 3-1. In the 31st minute, Magne Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ålem RK's Gösta Lindgren in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Joakim Olsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 39 minutes, Dan Nordgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vännäsby RK and the Ålem RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vännäsby RK's Dan Nordgren got a free kick in the 39th minute. William Törnqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Käcker having to interfere. Joakim Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Helström in the 44th minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Tim Örtlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ålem RK and the Vännäsby RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Tim Örtlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Törnqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ludwig Sjö kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Isac Tinglöf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vännäsby RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Vännäsby RK's Carl Käcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Lindgren in the 61st minute of play. Gösta Lindgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carl Käcker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gösta Lindgren ran back to his position shaking his head. Gösta Lindgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Carl Käcker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Törnqvist in the 78th minute of play forced Vännäsby RK's goalkeeper Carl Käcker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Ernst Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Vännäsby RK's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Lindgren came free, but Carl Käcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ålem RK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vännäsby RK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
