The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Nordgren during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Bayer Neverlosen a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roland Mossberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vännäsby RK's Carl Käcker. 1-0. In the 8th minute, Roland Hernström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Vännäsby RK getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Alex Bremming hit a great ball. Enrique Juvenal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Carl Käcker 11 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Vännäsby RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Wennerlund to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Arne Gadd charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stig-Arne Gadd the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vännäsby RK booed when Bayer Neverlosen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Arne Gadd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gösta Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernst Helström, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. With his leg Carl Käcker managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Bayer Neverlosen's Enrique Juvenal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 25 minutes of play Vännäsby RK's Alex Bremming was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Alex Bremming kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Carl Käcker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Mossberg in the 27th minute. After 27 minutes, Richard Morat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vännäsby RK and the Bayer Neverlosen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Richard Morat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Käcker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enrique Juvenal went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Carl Käcker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Hernström in the 34th minute. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Enrique Juvenal sped through Vännäsby RK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl Käcker. If Ernst Helström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Enrique Juvenal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carl Käcker was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Vännäsby RK's zone, Enrique Juvenal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Käcker came out of the goal and Enrique Juvenal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isac Tinglöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gösta Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Isac Tinglöf fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 68 played minutes Bayer Neverlosen got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Gadd. In the 84th minute Enrique Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Käcker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Hernström kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Enrique Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Käcker having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Enrique Juvenal notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Vännäsby RK's Carl Käcker. Carl Käcker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bayer Neverlosen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
