Jens-Erik Kilberg kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Ralf Wiberg took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised John Blixt. John Blixt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bengt Backlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. John Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Ralf Wiberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Wiberg in the 10th minute of play forced Grabbens Grabbar FC's goalkeeper John Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Veberöd's Gustav Forssell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that John Blixt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Ralf Wiberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Blixt was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Veberöd's Karl-Axel Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Veberöd from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt Backlund in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John Blixt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ralf Wiberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. John Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Ralf Wiberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veberöd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf Wiberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Gustav Forssell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Gustav Forssell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. John Blixt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. John Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Wiberg in the 40th minute of play. John Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt Backlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grabbens Grabbar FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orvar Jespersson was slow to take the kick. During this time Veberöd's players had a chance to rest. Veberöd's Orvar Jespersson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but John Blixt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 65 minutes into the game, Henrik Björkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Karl-Axel Martinsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Bolander in the 69th minute of play forced Veberöd's goalkeeper Karl-Axel Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Blixt made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Bengt Backlund sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Grabbens Grabbar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Backlund came free, but John Blixt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Axel Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Bolander in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th match minute, Veberöd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt Backlund to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Bolander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Karl-Axel Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Grabbens Grabbar FC's Henrik Björkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Axel Martinsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Gösta Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Martinsson having to interfere. In the 84th minute Adrian Bolander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Axel Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt Backlund in the 87th minute of play. John Blixt made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Bengt Backlund sent off a good shot on target. Ralf Wiberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Gösta Dahlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grabbens Grabbar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veberöd the free kick. After a rather tough play, Grabbens Grabbar FC's Gösta Dahlberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Bengt Backlund notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Grabbens Grabbar FC's John Blixt. John Blixt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
