Spectators: 6714 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 0) Veberöd's Karl-Axel Martinsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Helström in the 6th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt Backlund in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Käcker saved Vännäsby RK from getting behind. In the 11th match minute, Vännäsby RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Helström to maneuver through the defense. Carl Käcker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustav Forssell's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Isac Tinglöf took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Axel Martinsson. Karl-Axel Martinsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 17th minute, Veberöd's Andreas Linberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andreas Linberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Veberöd protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andreas Linberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Vännäsby RK a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nils-Emil Ödmann, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Veberöd's Karl-Axel Martinsson. 2-0. Isac Tinglöf's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl-Axel Martinsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bengt Backlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Vännäsby RK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Alex Bremming hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Veberöd got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Wickander. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isac Tinglöf got free with Karl-Axel Martinsson in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orvar Jespersson in the 35th minute of play forced Vännäsby RK's goalkeeper Carl Käcker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Käcker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Backlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Bengt Backlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustav Forssell scored 2-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Käcker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Veberöd's Karl-Axel Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Veberöd from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Gustav Forssell made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ernst Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Axel Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Isac Tinglöf notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Veberöd's Karl-Axel Martinsson. Karl-Axel Martinsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Gustav Forssell came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Veberöd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Forssell couldn't finish the play. Karl-Axel Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Helström in the 58th minute of play. When Harry Gustavsson fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veberöd's protests and gave Harry Gustavsson a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Helström in the 64th minute of play forced Veberöd's goalkeeper Karl-Axel Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Ernst Helström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vännäsby RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veberöd the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vännäsby RK's Ernst Helström got a free kick in the 66th minute. Isac Tinglöf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Vännäsby RK's goalkeeper Carl Käcker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt Backlund. Isac Tinglöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Martinsson having to interfere. In the 81st minute Veberöd were awarded a corner. Orvar Jespersson went to the cornerflag to take it. Carl Käcker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harry Gustavsson's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes Vännäsby RK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Nordgren. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ralf Wiberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veberöd's supporters rose to their feet, but Ralf Wiberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Käcker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Bengt Backlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Käcker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Forssell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Carl Käcker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bengt Backlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Vännäsby RK's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Jespersson came free, but Carl Käcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gustav Forssell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of Veberöd's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Veberöd may have spent more time on the ball, but Vännäsby RK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
