Magnus Jansson's late challenge caught a Donja Puharska's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magnus Jansson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Mellösa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Jansson to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Skröder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Per Wiman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Lars-Erik Enegren's late challenge caught a Mellösa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Per Wiman, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 47 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Emanuel Skröder was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per Wiman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mellösa's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Erik Jansson came free, but Emanuel Skröder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 56 minutes, Per Wiman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Donja Puharska's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Wiman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mellösa's Emanuel Skröder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Wiman in the 58th minute of play. Alexander Asserlindh was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brian Salkvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 68 minute of play. Brian Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mellösa booed when Donja Puharska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Svensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Claes Håkansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Asserlindh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oliver Sörman went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Emanuel Skröder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 93 minutes Donja Puharska's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mats Ek who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mellösa's Mats Ek to fire away a dangerous shot which Alexander Asserlindh despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emanuel Skröder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Wiman in the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mellösa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
