Christoffer Hedlund ran back to his position shaking his head. Donja Puharska's Alexander Asserlindh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Hedlund in the 12th minute of play. After 16 minutes, Martin Stenqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the King Faisal Babes F.C. and the Donja Puharska players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to King Faisal Babes F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Martin Stenqvist hit a great ball. Per Wiman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ulf Målare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Vidar Arvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Målare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Törnblom charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Folke Törnblom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Folke Törnblom hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Sven-Erik Jansson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Sven-Erik Jansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ulf Målare. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christoffer Hedlund to make the kick off. King Faisal Babes F.C.'s Orvar Sjöström got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vidar Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ulf Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Wiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donja Puharska's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Christoffer Hedlund 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. If Sven-Erik Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kenneth Asklöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Enegren in the 90th minute of play forced King Faisal Babes F.C.'s goalkeeper Ulf Målare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orvar Sjöström might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Asserlindh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orvar Sjöström ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute, Per Wiman made a precise shot to the right of Ulf Målare. King Faisal Babes F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Donja Puharska had played much better football throughout.
