Spectators: 7449 (Terracing: 5588, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Michael Hellström kicked off to start the match. Anders Vase kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Kumla's keeper Jimmie Wallander was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 7 minutes into the match, Winterfell FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Hellström came free, but Patrik Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Mats Bocklund made a precise shot to the right of Patrik Olofsson. Winterfell FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th match minute, Winterfell FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Larsfält to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute, Mats Bocklund made a precise shot to the right of Patrik Olofsson. Winterfell FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarl Vacker in the 25th minute of play forced Winterfell FC's goalkeeper Patrik Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Vase got free with Jimmie Wallander in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jimmie Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Haeger, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Adam Mattsson, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Patrik Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Bocklund in the 38th minute of play. Freddie Larsfält's late challenge caught a Kumla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddie Larsfält helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Winterfell FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Freddie Larsfält hit a great ball. When Richard Haeger came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Winterfell FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Haeger couldn't finish the play. After having played for 47 minutes, Michael Hellström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kumla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Hellström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Kumla were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Richard Haeger made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Kumla's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Haeger came free, but Jimmie Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrik Olofsson came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Kumla's Mats Bocklund. But to his dismay, Mats Bocklund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Patrik Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Hellström in the 66th minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Kumla's Örjan Nordstedt made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st minute, Richard Haeger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winterfell FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. When Winterfell FC's Anders Vase in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kumla's goalie prevented a goal. Anders Vase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Wallander having to interfere. Jimmie Wallander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Vase in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kumla's Eddie Bratt got a free kick in the 84th minute. Patrik Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Bratt in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Kumla's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Haeger came free, but Jimmie Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Örjan Nordstedt during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 96 minutes into the match, Anders Vase notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Kumla's Jimmie Wallander. Jimmie Wallander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
