Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sven-Erik Forsberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 16th minute, Mieszko Puzio made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Erik Forsberg. Kappa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sven-Erik Forsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mieszko Puzio in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes of play, Kappa's Herbert Kvarnström made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tanek Brudzisz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Lars Viklund sped through Kappa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Erik Forsberg. Sven-Erik Forsberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 41st minute, which inside left pole to 5-1. After 45 minutes, Gösta Pettersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mieszko Puzio in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Erik Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Menofta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
