The Västerås fotboll klubb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robin Myr should have stopped the shot. Robin Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Pilblad in the 13th minute of the match. Robin Myr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Granberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Robin Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Pilblad in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Jesper Granberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Myr. In the 27th minute, Colas Cortez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robin Myr was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Henning Alefors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Johannes Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Dan Pilblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Henry Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jesper Granberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Christer Persson in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Glommen United's Jesper Granberg. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Pilblad in the 55th minute of play forced Västerås fotboll klubb's goalkeeper Robin Myr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesper Granberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robin Myr could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jesper Granberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glommen United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesper Granberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Myr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Josef Bålström took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robin Myr. Robin Myr dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. After a defensive mix-up in Västerås fotboll klubb's zone, Josef Bålström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Myr came out of the goal and Josef Bålström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Christoffer Lilja made a precise shot to the right of Robin Myr. Västerås fotboll klubb's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13.
