Manfred Thedin started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes Ekerö Bois FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Landin. Oliver Ahlkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Hjälm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Kåre Hedbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Ahlkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Ekerö Bois FC's Ted Hjälm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliver Ahlkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Lansjärv's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Landin came free, but Oliver Ahlkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Sverker Sjöberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Ove Nordstedt. The goal made the score 1-2. Erling Albäck's late challenge caught a Lansjärv's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erling Albäck helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ekerö Bois FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erling Albäck hit a great ball. Jens-Ove Nordstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Bröms in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Teodoro Padro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ekerö Bois FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Manfred Thedin scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Ove Nordstedt, making the score, 2-2. Sverker Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manfred Thedin took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ove Nordstedt. Jens-Ove Nordstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 40th match minute, Lansjärv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oihan Medina to maneuver through the defense. Oliver Ahlkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kåre Hedbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ted Hjälm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ted Hjälm to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Hedbom in the 51st minute of play forced Lansjärv's goalkeeper Oliver Ahlkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georg Hedlund hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Ekerö Bois FC's Kåre Hedbom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaf Landin in the 58th minute of play forced Lansjärv's goalkeeper Oliver Ahlkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Michael Bröms managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lansjärv's supporters rose to their feet, but Michael Bröms was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Ove Nordstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Ted Hjälm kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oliver Ahlkvist. That made the score 3-5 in the 73 minute of play. Manfred Thedin scored 4-5 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Ove Nordstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Kåre Hedbom took a quick shot and it went in 4-6 without a chance for Oliver Ahlkvist to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Lansjärv's zone, Gustaf Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliver Ahlkvist came out of the goal and Gustaf Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Lansjärv's goalkeeper Oliver Ahlkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ted Hjälm. Kåre Hedbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Ekerö Bois FC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Ekerö Bois FC's Ted Hjälm looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Ekerö Bois FC's Anders Samuelsson got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ted Hjälm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lansjärv's Manfred Thedin got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
