With a little luck, Råsunda IS's Torsten Lundström got control of the ball when Anton Harlén tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Råsunda IS's zone, Anton Harlén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Lundström came out of the goal and Anton Harlén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolf Ek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Egil Bäckman's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Anton Harlén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Lundström having to interfere. The supporters of Dinfarfar FC booed when Råsunda IS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Unai didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Anton Harlén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th match minute, Råsunda IS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Kvist to maneuver through the defense. Rolf Ek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Ahlroht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egil Bäckman in the 42nd minute of play forced Dinfarfar FC's goalkeeper Rolf Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes, Råsunda IS's Sten Tunberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rolf Ek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Råsunda IS reached it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anton Harlén was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Råsunda IS's Aleksander Brandt got a free kick in the 56th minute. The supporters of Råsunda IS booed when Dinfarfar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Landin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Ahlroht got free with Rolf Ek in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Dinfarfar FC's goalkeeper Rolf Ek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Gustavsson. In the 68th minute, Anton Harlén made a precise shot to the right of Torsten Lundström. Råsunda IS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Severino Unai took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolf Ek. Dinfarfar FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rolf Ek came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Råsunda IS's Charles Ahlroht. But to his dismay, Charles Ahlroht quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Torsten Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Harlén in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Dinfarfar FC's goalkeeper Rolf Ek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Gustavsson. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Charles Ahlroht took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Rolf Ek to make any attempt to save it. In the 96th minute, Anton Harlén made a precise shot to the right of Torsten Lundström. Råsunda IS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
