Chalus FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Leonardaraz's Dennis Olenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Bjurström in the 59th minute of play. Hans Holth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Magnus Asserlindh having to interfere. Dennis Olenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hans Holth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 77th minute of the match Jim Hägg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jim Hägg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jim Hägg hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joakim Dalström got free with Karl-Magnus Asserlindh in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Chalus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Dalström came free, but Karl-Magnus Asserlindh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Joakim Dalström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Magnus Asserlindh.
