The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Michel Fågel made a precise shot to the right of Fredrik Säv. Viggbyholms IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Emanuel Löfskog elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Emanuel Löfskog in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fredrik Säv, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Golf United's Emanuel Löfskog in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Viggbyholms IK's goalie prevented a goal. After 20 played minutes Viggbyholms IK got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Åberg. Bertil Sundling kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Fredrik Säv came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Golf United's Emanuel Löfskog. But to his dismay, Emanuel Löfskog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Golf United's zone, Karl-Åke Gunnarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sten Josefsson came out of the goal and Karl-Åke Gunnarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viggbyholms IK's Fredrik Säv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Viggbyholms IK from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Löfskog came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fredrik Säv could save by the left post. The supporters of Golf United booed when Viggbyholms IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Sundling didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute of the match Charlie Hydén sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fredrik Säv skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Emanuel Löfskog scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredrik Säv, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62ndth minute of the game Emanuel Löfskog who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viggbyholms IK's Fredrik Säv was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fredrik Säv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Löfskog in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Karl-Åke Gunnarsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sten Josefsson, 4-2. In the 70th minute, Charlie Hydén sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Viggbyholms IK's Fredrik Säv didn't even have to move. After 72 played minutes Golf United got a freekick which was hit by Michel Fågel. Sten Josefsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Åke Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Emanuel Löfskog came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Golf United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Löfskog couldn't finish the play. Oskar Lundgren kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Gunnar Gustavsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viggbyholms IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golf United the free kick. After 90 played minutes Viggbyholms IK got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Gustavsson. If Boris Örtendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Golf United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
