An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Eriksson in the 15th minute of play forced Vikbolandet FF's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Rydaholm IFK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Wiktor Alén hit a great ball. Nilson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Ekgren in the 26th minute of play. Valdemar Ekgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson do Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. The Vikbolandet FF fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Vikbolandet FF's Oliver Nyman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Valdemar Ekgren made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rydaholm IFK's Wiktor Alén got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Oliver Nyman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vikbolandet FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Rasmus Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Savier Vinas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torbjörn Öberg. Rydaholm IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Savier Vinas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After 63 played minutes Vikbolandet FF got a freekick which was hit by Savier Vinas. After having played for 66 minutes, Savier Vinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vikbolandet FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savier Vinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Vikbolandet FF booed when Rydaholm IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Österlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Oliver Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torbjörn Öberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilson do Vale was a little too slow when Robin Eriksson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 5-2. A collision led to Rydaholm IFK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Markus Österlund hit a great ball. Vikbolandet FF's Oliver Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Rydaholm IFK's zone, Savier Vinas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torbjörn Öberg came out of the goal and Savier Vinas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Oliver Nyman made a precise shot to the right of Torbjörn Öberg. Rydaholm IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vikbolandet FF! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rickard Joensson during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Markus Österlund placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Vikbolandet FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
