Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valdemar Ekgren got the match started through his kick off. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Marcus Löfdahl sped through Älvsjö AIK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per Söderström. Marcus Löfdahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. When Marcus Löfdahl came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Rydaholm IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Löfdahl couldn't finish the play. Mathias Asklöv hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Per Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Ekgren in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Mathias Asklöv made the kick off in the second half. Per Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Löfdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Löfdahl in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per Söderström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valdemar Ekgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the game, Valdemar Ekgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Per Söderström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Älvsjö AIK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Karl-Magnus Östlund hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Ekgren in the 66th minute of play forced Älvsjö AIK's goalkeeper Per Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Valdemar Ekgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per Söderström. Älvsjö AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdemar Ekgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Älvsjö AIK's goalkeeper Per Söderström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Älvsjö AIK's Per Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Löfdahl in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Älvsjö AIK's Karl-Magnus Östlund got a free kick in the 79th minute. Nils-Emil Simonsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torbjörn Öberg having to make a save. Per Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Ekgren in the 89th minute of the match. Valdemar Ekgren struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Per Söderström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rydaholm IFK. Per Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Löfdahl in the 93rd minute of the match. Karl-Magnus Östlund charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Magnus Östlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 96 minutes into the match, Älvsjö AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Löfdahl came free, but Per Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Älvsjö AIK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
