Göran Lind helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Göran Lind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 16 in the game by Tomas Glad from a close distance when the talented Per Söderström managed to make a qualified save. Älvsjö AIK's players were relieved. In the 25th match minute, Lock Stock FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Nyman to maneuver through the defense. Jonny Finnman succeeded in the game's 26th minute to get real power on a long shot . Lock Stock FF's Jörn Söderman hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! If Jonny Finnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Lock Stock FF defense, Mathias Asklöv kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jörn Söderman. The Lock Stock FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jörn Söderman should have stopped the shot. Per Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ove Back, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 38 minutes, Karl-Magnus Östlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Älvsjö AIK and the Lock Stock FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Älvsjö AIK's Karl-Magnus Östlund got a free kick in the 39th minute. Jan-Ove Back charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Ove Back the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

59 minutes into the game, Göran Lind cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Per Söderström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonny Finnman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jörn Söderman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Älvsjö AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Glad came free, but Per Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Ove Back in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Asklöv in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jörn Söderman saved Lock Stock FF from getting behind. Jonny Finnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Söderman having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Mathias Asklöv cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Jörn Söderman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Älvsjö AIK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
