Jörn Söderman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Löfskog went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 17 minutes, Daniel Groth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golf United and the Lock Stock FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Golf United's Daniel Groth got a free kick in the 18th minute. Carl Nyman's late challenge caught a Golf United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carl Nyman helped the player get up and apologised. Carl Nyman hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Charlie Hydén hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Hydén in the 24th minute of play forced Lock Stock FF's goalkeeper Jörn Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Golf United's Karl-Magnus Pihlberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jörn Söderman. That made the score 4-0 after 25 minutes of play. 31 minutes into the match, Golf United's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Back came free, but Sten Josefsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Emanuel Löfskog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Söderman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Harry Skager fell near the penalty area in the 49th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golf United's protests and gave Harry Skager a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Löfskog made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Löfskog in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jörn Söderman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 played minutes Lock Stock FF got a freekick which was hit by Erland Sjöberg. Sten Josefsson came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Lock Stock FF's Göran Lind. But to his dismay, Göran Lind quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 65 minutes into the match, Golf United's goalkeeper Sten Josefsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Glad. In the 65th match minute, Golf United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Löfskog to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Golf United's Sten Josefsson got control of the ball when Tomas Glad tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Golf United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erland Sjöberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Lock Stock FF's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Lock Stock FF's corner Erland Sjöberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sten Josefsson quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Glad got free with Sten Josefsson in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Glad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Sten Josefsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Golf United's Charlie Hydén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörn Söderman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. 77 minutes into the match, Emanuel Löfskog had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jörn Söderman. Lock Stock FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Löfskog was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. 79 minutes into the game, Golf United's Emanuel Löfskog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörn Söderman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. In the 82nd minute, Boris Örtendahl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörn Söderman was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. After having played for 86 minutes, Boris Örtendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golf United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boris Örtendahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Groth in the 88th minute of play forced Lock Stock FF's goalkeeper Jörn Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörn Söderman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Örtendahl in the 91st minute of play. Jörn Söderman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Hydén, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute, Charlie Hydén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörn Söderman was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. When the referee ended the match the Golf United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
