After a defensive mix-up in GrandeRodeOlofMMyFriend's zone, Bernt Bruhn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joachim Fransson came out of the goal and Bernt Bruhn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harry Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes TEGEN got a freekick which was hit by Andy Lidman. Rudolf Björklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joachim Fransson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Rudolf Björklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Ström made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Michael Ahlén sent off a good shot on target. Joachim Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Blixt in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Arman Tillman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GrandeRodeOlofMMyFriend's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TEGEN the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Arman Tillman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Snäll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Andy Lidman kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Rudolf Björklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rudolf Björklund's late challenge caught a GrandeRodeOlofMMyFriend's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Björklund helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of GrandeRodeOlofMMyFriend booed when TEGEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Björklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Harry Ålberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of TEGEN's Leo Ström. Leo Ström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Rudolf Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. TEGEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudolf Björklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joachim Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes in the game, Viktor Snäll fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joachim Fransson having to interfere. Rolf Blixt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Joachim Fransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kryspin Zawaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Fransson having to interfere. In the 78th minute Kåre Bratt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Rudolf Björklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joachim Fransson. GrandeRodeOlofMMyFriend's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudolf Björklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, GrandeRodeOlofMMyFriend's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Snäll came free, but Joachim Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joachim Fransson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rudolf Björklund in the 89th minute.
