Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sverker Blixt kicked off to start the match. Manfred Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Conny Adelsköld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Ostby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Blixt came free, but Conny Adelsköld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Yngve Markusson fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ostby FC's protests and gave Yngve Markusson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lund booed when Ostby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yngve Markusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Månsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Eklund in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Lund got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Eklund. Emil Månsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sverker Blixt in the 15th minute of play forced Ostby FC's goalkeeper Conny Adelsköld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lund's Joacim Vik got a free kick in the 19th minute. Jonas Bäckman struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Emil Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ostby FC. In the 21st match minute, Ostby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pontus Vallander to maneuver through the defense. After 24 minutes, Karl Örnberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lund and the Ostby FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Olov Ekström came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ostby FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Ekström couldn't finish the play. Lund were furious when Joacim Vik was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lund fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ostby FC a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonatan Eklund, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lund's Emil Månsson. 0-1. Fredrik Tidén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Thomas Lindberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Conny Adelsköld, passed just outside the right post. In the 42nd minute Manfred Eklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Adelsköld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes Ostby FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sverker Blixt who took care of the corner kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonatan Eklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Olov Ekström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lund's Emil Månsson. Emil Månsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 58 played minutes Lund got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Nyberg. In the 59th minute, Olov Ekström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute, Fredrik Tidén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 played minutes Ostby FC got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Vallander. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Lindberg in the 67th minute of play forced Ostby FC's goalkeeper Conny Adelsköld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Adelsköld having to interfere. Emil Månsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Tidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Eklund kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Oskar Nyberg charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oskar Nyberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The throw-in from Karl Örnberg in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ostby FC's Yngve Markusson. Lund's Karl Örnberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Birger Gustavsson, made in the 95th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Ostby FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lund.
