An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Bonjour in the 2nd minute of play forced TEGEN's goalkeeper Leo Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudolf Björklund during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Hammarby IF booed when TEGEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andy Lidman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in TEGEN's zone, Jan-Olof Finsberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Ström came out of the goal and Jan-Olof Finsberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 7 minutes, Hao Jian Yue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hammarby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hao Jian Yue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Napoleon Bonjour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Hammarby IF's Okoli Okiche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Ström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Videl Pando scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leo Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Bonjour in the 26th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Okoli Okiche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Ström. TEGEN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okoli Okiche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Hao Jian Yue took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Ström. Leo Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 39th minute, Hao Jian Yue made a precise shot to the right of Leo Ström. TEGEN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Dashi Çorbaxhiu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Bernt Bruhn took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Hök. Hammarby IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rudolf Björklund was the one to do the kick off. Kryspin Zawaski charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kryspin Zawaski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 52 minutes into the match, TEGEN's goalkeeper Leo Ström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Olof Finsberg. If Okoli Okiche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the game, Hao Jian Yue recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leo Ström. Hao Jian Yue showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. TEGEN's Leo Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hao Jian Yue in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, one of Hammarby IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hammarby IF. Daniel Hök came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by TEGEN's Bernt Bruhn. But to his dismay, Bernt Bruhn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. After having played for 72 minutes, Napoleon Bonjour managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hammarby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Bonjour was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolf Blixt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Daniel Hök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudolf Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Hök having to interfere. TEGEN's Leo Ström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save TEGEN from getting a goal against them. After 86 played minutes Napoleon Bonjour rounded TEGEN's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-11. Leo Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Bonjour in the 89th minute of the match. Leo Ström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Videl Pando in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Hammarby IF's Matey Mushev got a free kick in the 91st minute. Daniel Hök showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Björklund in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Okoli Okiche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The TEGEN fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hammarby IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
