That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Östra Torp FC's Hannes Wennersten threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sílvio Luís Bezerra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Sölvesborgs IF defense, Kacper Rzeszutek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hannes Wennersten. The Sölvesborgs IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hannes Wennersten should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Torbjörn Hallgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Sílvio Luís Bezerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Östra Torp FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sílvio Luís Bezerra made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Sölvesborgs IF got a freekick which was hit by Egil Granqvist. 55 minutes into the game, Adam Samuelsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Hannes Wennersten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute, Sílvio Luís Bezerra made a precise shot to the right of Hannes Wennersten. Sölvesborgs IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. If Bo Blanck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Östra Torp FC booed when Sölvesborgs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egil Granqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luís Bezerra in the 77th minute of play forced Sölvesborgs IF's goalkeeper Hannes Wennersten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th match minute, Sölvesborgs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. Östra Torp FC made a substitution.
