Patrik Palm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Jönsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig-Ove Vennerdal kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. FAIF IS LIFE's Patrik Palm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Dahlkvist in the 8th minute of play. Christopher Månsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Mossberg in the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yngve Bremming got free with Patrik Palm in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Månsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to FAIF IS LIFE getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sten Lägdin hit a great ball. Christopher Månsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Mossberg in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of FAIF IS LIFE booed when Downforce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yngve Bremming didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Ove Vennerdal in the 34th minute of play forced Downforce's goalkeeper Christopher Månsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif Mossberg took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christopher Månsson. Christopher Månsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 40th minute Erling Bäcklin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Månsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Månsson came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by FAIF IS LIFE's Leif Mossberg. But to his dismay, Leif Mossberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Patrik Palm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Dahlkvist in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Jönsson was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, FAIF IS LIFE's Christian Lindström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Christopher Månsson. Christopher Månsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 59 minutes into the game, Valter Kilman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Downforce's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FAIF IS LIFE the free kick. In the 59th minute, Valter Kilman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Leif Mossberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christopher Månsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Christopher Månsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Ove Vennerdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Erling Bäcklin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christopher Månsson. That made the score 1-7 in the 73 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Downforce's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Bäcklin came free, but Christopher Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Downforce's goalkeeper Christopher Månsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leif Mossberg. Christopher Månsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Bäcklin in the 79th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match, Leif Mossberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christopher Månsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Erling Bäcklin took a quick shot and it went in 1-8 without a chance for Christopher Månsson to make any attempt to save it. Christopher Månsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Lindström in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Stig-Ove Vennerdal made a precise shot to the right of Christopher Månsson. Downforce's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-9. The FAIF IS LIFE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
