In the 3rd minute, Allan Nyqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimmie Odin took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tom Lööf. Tom Lööf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ivar Viberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Fred Björkdahl skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fred Björkdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Hamberg in the 14th minute of play. Jimmie Odin kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Allan Nyqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fred Björkdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Emil Bammerman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Njutångers BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosendal FC the free kick. A collision led to Rosendal FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Isaac Rosin hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Njutångers BK's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Hamberg came free, but Fred Björkdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Njutångers BK's goalkeeper Fred Björkdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivar Viberg. If Allan Nyqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Rosendal FC's Allan Nyqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fred Björkdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Allan Nyqvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Birger Björkqvist hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Ivar Viberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Rosendal FC's Olov Hamberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fred Björkdahl. Fred Björkdahl yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Njutångers BK's goalkeeper Fred Björkdahl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 48 in the game by Allan Nyqvist from a close distance when the talented Fred Björkdahl managed to make a qualified save. Njutångers BK's players were relieved. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Njutångers BK's Fred Björkdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Viberg in the 65th minute of play. Johannes Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ivar Viberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fred Björkdahl was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Fred Björkdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Nyqvist in the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivar Viberg in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Björkdahl saved Njutångers BK from getting behind. Tom Lööf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Bammerman in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Emil Bammerman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tom Lööf, 2-2. Njutångers BK's Fred Björkdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Hamberg in the 85th minute of play. Ivar Viberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Björkdahl having to interfere.
