Edgar Stephansson came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gränby's Hagbard Seimann. But to his dismay, Hagbard Seimann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Eiko Roosaare made the kick off in the second half. Eiko Roosaare received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Stephansson came out and tried to block the shot, but Eiko Roosaare slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 51st minute. Lakene IFK's Edgar Stephansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Lakene IFK from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Lakene IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Klintæus came free, but Edgar Stephansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hagbard Seimann got free with Edgar Stephansson in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oskar Säfström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hjalmar Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Thomas Klintæus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Edgar Stephansson made a huge save. Lakene IFK's Edgar Stephansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Lakene IFK from getting a goal against them. When the match was over FC Gränby could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lakene IFK throughout the match.
