In the 16th minute, Per Blomqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Stephansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Edgar Stephansson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Lakene IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Stephansson should have stopped the shot. Edgar Stephansson came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Sommarropojkarna's Jacobo Bachicabo. But to his dismay, Jacobo Bachicabo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After a rather tough play, Sommarropojkarna's Jacobo Bachicabo got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Sommarropojkarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Lind to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, Lakene IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Hjeltman to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eric Hjeltman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Blomqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Per Blomqvist made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Stephansson. Lakene IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Sommarropojkarna's Per Blomqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgar Stephansson. That made the score 0-9 after 63 minutes of play. A throw-in in the 68th minute of the game was made by Arvin Ivarsson with Henry Skog as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Edgar Stephansson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lakene IFK's Edgar Stephansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Lakene IFK from getting a goal against them. Lakene IFK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Jacobo Bachicabo scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Stephansson, making the score, 0-10. Stig-Arne Höijer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Kennet Skager ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Stephansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. A collision led to Sommarropojkarna getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Stor Gris hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Sten Ambjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lakene IFK's Lars Liljeström got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Lakene IFK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sommarropojkarna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
