In the 9th minute Calle Lind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Örnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. QPR's Kasper Örnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Persson in the 23rd minute of play. Kasper Örnberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thor Aleberg went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ivan Skoglund hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Klavreström's Calle Lind got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Erik Joensson kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Thor Aleberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Örnberg having to interfere. Calle Lind scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kasper Örnberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Klavreström were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Calle Lind made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, QPR's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Lind came free, but Kasper Örnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Klavreström walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
