Viggo Vallmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Viggo Vallmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Granström having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Viktor Bålström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ture Granström. The goal made the score 1-0. If Sven-Arne Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Viggo Vallmark came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Sunshiine FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viggo Vallmark couldn't finish the play. Sunshiine FF's Viktor Bålström got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Sunshiine FF's Viggo Vallmark sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ture Granström narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viggo Vallmark was the one to do the kick off. Adrian Falk hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Monty Pythons DIF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Ture Granström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viggo Vallmark in the 65th minute of play. After 66 minutes Monty Pythons DIF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tobias Hansson who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Monty Pythons DIF's Harry Vase got a free kick in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Viggo Vallmark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ture Granström. Monty Pythons DIF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viggo Vallmark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Viktor Bålström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Granström having to interfere. Viggo Vallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Monty Pythons DIF's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Vallmark came free, but Ture Granström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Viggo Vallmark managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunshiine FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Viggo Vallmark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ture Granström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
