Ingvar Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Rolandsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roland Bäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrik Rolandsson ran back to his position shaking his head. After 16 minutes of play, LVS FC's Sven-Arne Njurenius made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gert Grönlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erling Alströmer kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Gert Grönlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Verner Vase's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. A collision led to FC Bonde getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jon Ström hit a great ball. If Verner Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Arne Njurenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Verner Vase received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gert Grönlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Henrik Rolandsson made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, FC Bonde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Hernström to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute Henrik Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Bäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gert Grönlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Vase in the 57th minute of play. FC Bonde's Gert Grönlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Bonde from getting a goal against them. If Verner Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the game, Verner Vase was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LVS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bonde the free kick. A collision led to LVS FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Verner Vase hit a great ball. Kurt Hernström struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Roland Bäck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bonde. In the 80th match minute, FC Bonde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Pihlgren to maneuver through the defense. Roland Bäck came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bonde's Henrik Rolandsson. But to his dismay, Henrik Rolandsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a rather tough play, LVS FC's Axel Söderström got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Bonde had won after a very even match.
