Michael Sundström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Magne Fransson. Bram City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Harry Vase could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Magne Fransson however easily saved by the left post. Magne Fransson made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Dick Söderlund sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Dick Söderlund got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Manfred Andberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Fransson having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Monty Pythons DIF's Dick Söderlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Manfred Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 minutes, Emanuel Nilsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bram City and the Monty Pythons DIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Monty Pythons DIF booed when Bram City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig Käller kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Manfred Andberg's late challenge caught a Bram City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manfred Andberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Monty Pythons DIF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Manfred Andberg hit a great ball. With a little luck, Bram City's Magne Fransson got control of the ball when Dick Söderlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 50th minute, Stig Käller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magne Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Söderlund in the 59th minute of the match. Harry Vase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Lindholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Monty Pythons DIF's Dick Söderlund in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bram City's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Söderlund in the 68th minute of play forced Bram City's goalkeeper Magne Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bram City's Ludwig Tinglöf got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 81st minute Dick Söderlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor Tholsson in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ture Granström saved Monty Pythons DIF from getting behind. Monty Pythons DIF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
