After some careless play in the Djävlar FC defense, Gunnar Holm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joacim Asserlind. The Djävlar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joacim Asserlind should have stopped the shot. With 24 minutes on the clock, Anthon Sjögren commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Djävlar FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LVS FC:s goal. Joacim Asserlind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Arne Njurenius in the 29th minute of the match. Djävlar FC's Erik Wallander got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Gunnar Holm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LVS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Zebastian Stenman scored 0-9 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joacim Asserlind, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Erik Wallander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Erling Alströmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Djävlar FC's Joacim Asserlind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Stenman in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Djävlar FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven-Arne Njurenius fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 86 minutes into the match, Djävlar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Johansson came free, but Joacim Asserlind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Vase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over LVS FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Djävlar FC throughout the match.
