The audience was convinced that Bror Näver's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sune Alstedt was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Håstens BK's George Ingemarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Wiklund in the 16th minute of play. When Rasmus Wiklund fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crab People FC's protests and gave Rasmus Wiklund a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Crab People FC got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Wiklund. In the 21st minute, Mats Ekrot made a precise shot to the right of George Ingemarsson. Håstens BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. George Ingemarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rasmus Wiklund's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. A collision led to Håstens BK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ulf Sillén hit a great ball. George Ingemarsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Esbjörn Thidén. The audience was convinced that Bror Näver's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sune Alstedt was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. George Ingemarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joakim Stolpe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Bror Näver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Alstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crab People FC reached it. The nice shot from Bror Näver in the 62ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Sune Alstedt had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Bror Näver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Alstedt having to interfere. The corner ended in Osvald Brodin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Håstens BK's George Ingemarsson did a great save. 72 minutes into the match, Crab People FC's goalkeeper Sune Alstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kennet Gregersson. A sloppy throw-in by Osvald Brodin in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Håstens BK's Ulf Sillén. 77 minutes into the game, Osvald Brodin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Håstens BK's Ulf Sillén quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Crab People FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bror Näver 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. With an all-out effort, Håstens BK's Sune Alstedt threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bror Näver, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 85th minute Joakim Stolpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Ingemarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Crab People FC's Rasmus Wiklund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. George Ingemarsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 90 minutes into the game, Kennet Gregersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Håstens BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crab People FC the free kick. Esbjörn Thidén blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Ingemarsson having to make a save. Bror Näver might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sune Alstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bror Näver ran back to his position shaking his head. When Håstens BK's Bror Näver in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crab People FC's goalie prevented a goal.
