Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 149) Nerd FC's Nils Fredriksson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nils-Emil Uggla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the game, Abbekås BK's Marc Söderberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manfred Axelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Valentin Wahlnäs came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Abbekås BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Wahlnäs couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nerd FC's goalkeeper Manfred Axelsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Nils Fredriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Greger Snäll was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thomas Björkqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thomas Björkqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thomas Björkqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Nerd FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Björkqvist came free, but Manfred Axelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Nerd FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Per-Arne Dahlquist hit a great ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Thomas Björkqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abbekås BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Björkqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven-Olof Qvarnström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marc Söderberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Thomas Björkqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nerd FC's Manfred Axelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Roger Qvarnström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Thomas Björkqvist came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Abbekås BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Björkqvist couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Qvarnström in the 37th minute of play forced Nerd FC's goalkeeper Manfred Axelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Björkqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Olof Qvarnström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Manfred Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Valentin Wahlnäs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfred Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Manfred Axelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Wahlnäs, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A hard shot 57 in the game by Thomas Björkqvist from a close distance when the talented Manfred Axelsson managed to make a qualified save. Nerd FC's players were relieved. Thomas Frisck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Manfred Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Nerd FC's Manfred Axelsson got control of the ball when Thomas Björkqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marc Söderberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Manfred Axelsson made a huge save. Sven-Olof Qvarnström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. The supporters of Nerd FC booed when Abbekås BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Björkqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abbekås BK's Thomas Björkqvist was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thomas Frisck made a great header on Abbekås BK's corner, it was just that Nerd FC's Manfred Axelsson managed to reach the ball for a save. 91 minutes in the game, Thomas Björkqvist dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Abbekås BK's Thomas Björkqvist was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 94th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match was over Abbekås BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nerd FC throughout the match.
