Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5662, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ingvar Nordal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Erland Bergqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Bremming, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kurt Pettersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agne Berglund in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agne Berglund in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Pettersson saved Allmänna idrottsklubben from getting behind. Bengt Öberg made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Markus Björklund. 21 minutes into the match, Allmänna idrottsklubben's goal looked a bit too open when Agne Berglund came free, but Kurt Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GGG's Kalle Carlsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bengt Öberg in the 22 minute of the game. In the 23rd minute, GGG's Agne Berglund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Kurt Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agne Berglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt Öberg made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by GGG's Kalle Carlsson. After a rather tough play, Allmänna idrottsklubben's Magnus Ödman got a free kick in the 30th minute. When GGG's Kalle Carlsson in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Allmänna idrottsklubben's goalie prevented a goal. Agne Berglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kurt Pettersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvin Västlund hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Bengt Öberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. GGG's Kalle Carlsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 43 minutes into the match, Agne Berglund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kurt Pettersson, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Agne Berglund made the kick off in the second half. Agne Berglund scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kurt Pettersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Allmänna idrottsklubben's Magnus Ödman got a free kick in the 61st minute. Kurt Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agne Berglund in the 62nd minute of play. If Ingvar Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to GGG getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Kalle Carlsson hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Agne Berglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Magnus Ödman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Erland Bergqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Agne Berglund hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 89th match minute, Allmänna idrottsklubben was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stellan Bergfelt to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the GGG players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
