After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Crab People FC! After 10 played minutes Chrillex FC got a freekick which was hit by Jon Lindblom. Ivar Engström struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Sune Alstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chrillex FC. In the 21st match minute, Chrillex FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Engström to maneuver through the defense. Crab People FC's Sune Alstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Engström in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Ivar Engström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Alstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helge Bern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Alstedt having to interfere. In the 37th minute of the match, Ivar Engström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sune Alstedt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Helge Bern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Helge Bern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Sune Alstedt made a huge save. Helge Bern recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivar Engström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ivar Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ivar Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Helge Bern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Alstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Crab People FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Engström came free, but Sune Alstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes Crab People FC got a freekick which was hit by Esbjörn Vallander. 72 minutes into the match, Crab People FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Engström came free, but Sune Alstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ivar Engström came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Chrillex FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Engström couldn't finish the play. In the 79thth minute of the game Ivar Engström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crab People FC's Sune Alstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sune Alstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Engström in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Chrillex FC booed when Crab People FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Wiklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Crab People FC's zone, Silvio Soin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sune Alstedt came out of the goal and Silvio Soin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Ivar Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chrillex FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivar Engström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Bern in the 94th minute of play forced Crab People FC's goalkeeper Sune Alstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chrillex FC's Ivar Engström got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chrillex FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
