The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 19th minute, Ingvar Nordal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Nordal in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Ingemarsson saved Håstens BK from getting behind. The supporters of Allmänna idrottsklubben booed when Håstens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasper Hellström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Nordal in the 24th minute of play forced Håstens BK's goalkeeper George Ingemarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bror Näver in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Pettersson saved Allmänna idrottsklubben from getting behind. Magnus Ödman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but George Ingemarsson made a huge save. In the 71stth minute of the game Bror Näver who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Allmänna idrottsklubben's Kurt Pettersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bror Näver might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurt Pettersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bror Näver ran back to his position shaking his head. After 82 minutes, Ingvar Nordal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Allmänna idrottsklubben and the Håstens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. They were angered to see Håstens BK lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
