Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Björkqvist to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Abbekås BK's Nils-Emil Uggla got a free kick in the 56th minute. Håstens BK's Ulf Sillén collided with an opponent after 57 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his leg. Valentin Wahlnäs charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Wahlnäs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Håstens BK made a substitution. Gösta Runeberg replaced Ulf Sillén. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Greger Snäll successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Håstens BK's zone, Valentin Wahlnäs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Ingemarsson came out of the goal and Valentin Wahlnäs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Söderberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Ingemarsson having to make a save. Marc Söderberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Ingemarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Håstens BK's Kennet Gregersson got a free kick in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the game, Thomas Björkqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Håstens BK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
