Pirates FC's Folke Alebeck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Pirates FC from getting a goal against them. Tomas Hylander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Folke Alebeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Edwin Björkdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Pirates FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomas Hylander fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Folke Alebeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Björkdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Pirates FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Hylander came free, but Folke Alebeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edwin Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Tomas Hylander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsensbruk's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Hylander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Alebeck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Folke Alebeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With an all-out effort, Åsensbruk's Folke Alebeck threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Hylander, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 39 minutes into the match, Tomas Hylander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Folke Alebeck. Pirates FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Hylander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Hylander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Folke Alebeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Arvidsson in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the Pirates FC defense, Tomas Hylander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Folke Alebeck. The Pirates FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folke Alebeck should have stopped the shot. Folke Alebeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Hylander in the 56th minute of play. Pirates FC's Folke Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Arvidsson in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Tomas Hylander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Arvidsson in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Alebeck saved Pirates FC from getting behind. The Pirates FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folke Alebeck should have stopped the shot. After 74 played minutes Pirates FC got a freekick which was hit by Andréas Västlund. Adrian Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Alebeck having to interfere. If Adrian Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 85th minute of the match Andréas Västlund completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Andréas Västlund a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 6-0 became the score in the 87th minute when Tomas Hylander elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 92ndth minute of the game Adrian Arvidsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirates FC's Folke Alebeck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Arvidsson in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Alebeck saved Pirates FC from getting behind.
