Spectators: 7339 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Hylander started the match with the kick off. Tomas Hylander struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Henning Nyman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åsensbruk. After a rather tough play, Åsensbruk's Joachim Aronsson got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 8 minutes of play, Himna FF's Mårten Lindberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvald Wallin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Himna FF's Mårten Lindberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. Henning Nyman was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Tomas Hylander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Hylander really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 19th minute, Tomas Hylander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Luiz Lourenco came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Himna FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Lourenco couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mårten Lindberg in the 20th minute of play forced Åsensbruk's goalkeeper Osvald Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mårten Lindberg took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvald Wallin. Osvald Wallin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 32 minutes of play, Himna FF's Mårten Lindberg made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvald Wallin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Åsensbruk's Osvald Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mårten Lindberg in the 37th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mårten Lindberg was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Hylander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Nyman having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Åsensbruk got a freekick which was hit by Michel Målare. Åsensbruk's Osvald Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiph Arvidsson in the 57th minute of play. Henning Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Björkdahl in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Himna FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mårten Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Tomas Hylander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osvald Wallin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mårten Lindberg in the 62nd minute. In the 64th match minute, Åsensbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Hylander to maneuver through the defense. After 65 minutes, Mårten Lindberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Himna FF and the Åsensbruk players grew even worse after the yellow card. 66 minutes into the match, Åsensbruk's Adrian Arvidsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henning Nyman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute Tomas Hylander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mårten Lindberg in the 70th minute of play forced Åsensbruk's goalkeeper Osvald Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Filiph Arvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Åsensbruk's Tomas Hylander in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Himna FF's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Hylander in the 87th minute of play forced Himna FF's goalkeeper Henning Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Nyman having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Corneliu Tilea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Åsensbruk supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Himna FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Himna FF.
